How to Get Your First 100 Affiliate Signups

The journey from 0 to 100 signups feels longer than 100 to 1000. Most creators quit in the first two weeks because the numbers stay close to zero. Here's the plan that gets you past the dip.

Week 1: Volume + variation

Post 1-2 videos per day. Try 3 different hook formats: result-led, curiosity-led, story-led. Don't analyze yet — just produce.

Week 2: Identify the winner

Look at the 3-second view rate of week 1 videos. Pick the top hook style. Cut other formats; double down on what worked.

Week 3: Iterate the winner

Make 7-10 variations of your winning format. Different hooks, different B-roll, same structural skeleton. One of these usually breaks through.
